Monarch butterflies numbers are down, way down, 90% since 1992. I found this so alarming I began doing my own research only to discover truth in the information. To help and do my part I've created a necklace from which the proceeds go to charity and include free milkweed seeds to start your own little monarch butterfly garden.
A Guide to Precious Metals
Today's jewelry is more varied and versatile than ever partly due to the use of new types of metals and alloys used to make jewelry. A newer option, and favorite of mine, is palladium white gold. Palladium replaces the nickel alloy (many are allergic to) used to make white gold white. If you have a nickel allergy palladium white gold may just be your new favorite precious metal!
